If you have a STERIS provided computer or use STERIS email, click the STERIS Email Password Reset button above to access the Microsoft Self Service Password Reset portal.

Examples:

  • I cannot access the network and need my password reset

  • I received a notification that my password is expired and needs to be changed

  • I am locked out of my computer account

  • I can not remember my computer password

STERIS Compass Only user (non-emailer)


If you have an account to log into Compass, but not STERIS email, click on the Compass Password Reset Server picture above.
 
Examples:
 

  • I need to log into Compass and can not remember my password

  • I need to update my benefits, but can not remember my password

  • I need to submit PTO, but can not remember my password

  • I am logging into Compass for the first time and need to reset my password

     

After following the steps above, if you need assistance with resetting your password please contact the STERIS I&T Service Desk.
You will be asked for your HR Person ID # to confirm your identity.
If you are unsure of your HR Person ID #, reach out to your manager for assistance.
